Secret Santa for 
! It's a life-sized gingerbread house.
In my headcanon, Joey had asked around to see what Sugar Pea liked, and learned she liked sweets. He went to some candy stores in Hugel but didn't think a candy cane or even a gift basket of candy was enough, so he went all the way and created a life-sized gingerbread house in front of her home. I think what he did was take all the ingredients in front of her home in Jawaii, used magic to put it all together in an instant, then knocked on her door.
I didn't know where exactly in Jawaii she lived, so I put her inside of the Honey Suite.
